Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to spa services to allow themselves time to unwind before beginning their spa services. No shaving or waxing on the same day as spa services. We encourage you to turn your cell phone off.

Returned Check Policy
There will be a $20.00 fee for returned checks.

Cancellation Policy
Because your salon and/or spa services are reserved just for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to the full value of services reserved. Reservations for appointments $50.00 and over will be assured with a credit card or gift card.
